What happens now?

4x/8x Memberships - on hold since March 2020

Memberships will automatically resume on August 1, 2021. Any unused classes purchased between February 16, 2020 - March 15, 2020 will be extended for six months from August 1, 2021.

unlimited members - on hold since march 2020

Memberships will automatically resume on August 1, 2021. The first month (August 2021) will be free, and you will only begin to be charged on September 1, 2021.

4x/8x members - CHARGED FOR 1-16 MONTHS DURING CLOSURE

Starting on August 1, members will receive double the amount of classes they have paid for throughout our closure, with an expiration date of double the amount of months they have paid for. For example, if the member has paid for 5 months of the 4X membership, the member will receive, and have immediate access, to 40 classes with an expiration date of 10 months. If the member was put on hold, the membership will begin charging again after the 10 months, but can be reactivated earlier upon request. If the member has cancelled, their membership will not reactivate.

unlimited members - charged for 1-16 months during closure

Starting on August 1st, members will receive one extra month for each charge during our closure. For example, if the member has paid for 5 months, the member will receive 10 months of unlimited classes. If the member was put on hold, the membership will begin charging again after the 10 months, but can be reactivated earlier upon request. If the member has cancelled, their membership will not reactivate.
